Job summary

OCBC invites motivated undergraduates or postgraduates to join the Merchant Business & Digital Payments team as an intern in Singapore. You will document processes, assist in re-engineering workflows, and contribute to a major card replatform initiative.

This role provides exposure to end-to-end business processes, governance, and operational improvements within a leading financial services group. You will collaborate with stakeholders from business and operations, develop project coordination

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Document processes and SOPs to reflect business requirements.
• Assist in process re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Support card replatform initiatives with documentation, analysis and implementation support.
• Coordinate project activities and track key deliverables.
