Job summary

FOMO Pay PTE. LTD. is seeking energetic individuals in Singapore to join our on-site merchant support team. You will visit merchants, train staff, and distribute POS materials to ensure smooth terminal deployments.

Strong bilingual English/Chinese communication, good organizational and multitasking skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. Travel to merchant sites is frequent, with training provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Able to converse well in English and Chinese.
• Strong logical thinking and organization skills.
• Good communication and persuasive skills.
• Responsible and self-motivated individuals.
• A cheerful and outgoing personality will be advantageous.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel around to deploy payment terminals.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground support for merchants, including onsite visits, staff training, and POSM distribution.
• Schedule and arrange deployment appointments with merchants from different industries.
• Build and maintain visibility of internal devices and POSM materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with merchants by liaising with internal teams.
• Work closely with and assist the Digital Payments team.
• Training will be provided.
