Job summary

TECSTATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented technical onboarding specialist to support merchant onboarding, configure backend systems, and guide API integrations.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure a smooth implementation experience. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business or IT, at least 2 years in IT, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Technical proficiency in software and technology troubleshooting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and quick to understand new technology.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Report to the head of the department.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with merchants during onboarding to support backend configuration and API integration.
• Provide technical consultation and guidance on APIs and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams for seamless implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve merchant-reported issues related to usage, performance, or integration.
• Serve as the primary contact for merchants with technical problems or feedback on usability.
• Identify recurring issues and work with product/engineering to implement improvements.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of resolutions, guidelines, and FAQs.
• Ensure high service delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
• Answer operational and application questions and advise the customer.
• Provide post-go-live technical support when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Development).
