Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Business Operations professional to bridge institutional clients, technology teams and third-party providers. You will support onboarding and UAT for institutional clients, maintain configurations and help shape IT/product strategy.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in business process change or tech implementation, with API/web services experience and FIX knowledge being a plus. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Bridge institutional clients, technology team and third-party providers.
• Support technical onboarding and UAT for institutional clients.
• Maintain system configurations.
• Build relationships internally and with external partners (MT4/5 bridges, ECNs).
• Contribute to IT/product strategy.
• Assist with business controls and daily operations.
• Exposure across the full client lifecycle.
