Job summary

Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Merchant Training and Support specialist to train merchants on NETS payment solutions and to ensure proper deployment of POS collateral and activation of NETS services.

You will conduct onboarding and training for newly acquired merchants, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with internal teams to drive merchant engagement, adoption, and retention.

Qualifications

• Diploma, GCE 'A' Level or GCE 'O' Level with relevant working experience.
• 2–3 years of customer service, merchant support, training, or account servicing experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good coordination and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and training for newly acquired merchants on the usage of NETS payment solutions.
• Ensure merchant setup and Point-of-Sale (POS) collateral deployment are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing support to merchants to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of NETS payment products and services.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to execute merchant engagement initiatives aimed at improving activation, utilization, and retention.
• Address merchant inquiries and resolve operational issues related to payment acceptance and usage.
• Monitor merchant onboarding and engagement activities to ensure a positive merchant experience.
