Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years in customer service, merchant support, training or account servicing.
• Bilingual in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized, proactive and able to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train newly acquired merchants on NETS payment solutions.
• Ensure merchant setup and POS collateral deployment are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide ongoing support to facilitate merchant adoption and usage of NETS products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to run merchant engagement initiatives to improve activation and retention.
• Address merchant inquiries and resolve operational issues related to payment acceptance.
