Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a results-oriented professional to drive merchant acquisition and manage key accounts. You will prospect partners, negotiate deals, and onboard new merchants while serving as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio.

The role emphasizes sales analysis, partnership optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong performance. The incumbent will regularly review merchant performance, prepare monthly reports, and contribute to marketing

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, account management, or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and generate insights; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition activities for the platform, including prospecting potential partners, conducting negotiations, and overseeing onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and Key Account Manager for an assigned portfolio of merchants.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance account growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to strengthen partnerships and maximize sales outcomes.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly business performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, resolve operational challenges, and address merchant or customer-related issues.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as assigned.
