Job summary

Grab Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead merchant relationships for GrabFood. You will manage a portfolio of F&B partners, drive growth in sales, profitability, and delivery volumes through tailored strategies and data-driven insights.

Reporting to Head, Commercial, you will collaborate with GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress to deliver reporting, marketing support, and product enhancements for merchants, ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or business development.
• 3+ years of relevant account management experience.
• Ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive growth for GrabFood.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on increasing profitability, GMV, and delivery volumes.
• Develop and execute business strategies to grow merchant sales and collaborate across Grab's verticals such as GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress.
• Analyze merchant performance data and create actionable plans to optimize growth and revenue.
• Address merchant feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure operational excellence through tailored solutions and regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized reporting, marketing support, and product enhancements for merchants.
