Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD, Jalan Besar, Singapore, is seeking a candidate for end-to-end merchant and partner management. The role covers account servicing, recruitment support, pipeline tracking, and governance oversight for campaigns and promotions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced operations-driven environment. Salary is SGD 4,000–4,500 per month on a 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in merchant/partner management, account servicing or stakeholder coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with merchants and stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through and coordination capabilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or tracking tools is an advantage
• Basic data tracking and reporting skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• End-to-end merchant and partner management with 200+ merchants.
• Account servicing and stakeholder coordination between external and internal teams.
• Merchant recruitment and retention support; regular engagement with partners.
• Governance, tracking and time-sensitive follow-through for campaigns and promotions.
