Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to establish and manage partnerships with diverse merchants, ensuring long-term collaboration and effective query resolution.
• Solid understanding of market trends and ability to adapt strategies to meet changing merchant requirements.
• Skilled in pitching and negotiating with merchants to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
• Ability to analyze sales data and extract insights that inform strategic decisions.

• Manage daily merchant queries to ensure seamless onboarding and post-onboarding processes.
• Work with teams across payments, advertising, and rewards to align strategies and enhance merchant value through cross-selling opportunities.
