PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to support merchant acquisition and drive growth on our e-commerce marketplace platform. You will collaborate with the Sales & Business Development team to expand merchant base and enhance performance.

You will manage a portfolio of merchants, analyze sales data, present quarterly reviews, coordinate campaigns with cross-functional teams, and help resolve operational issues to improve the customer experience.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of e-commerce or merchandising experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel beneficial.

Mansioni

• Support merchant acquisition through prospecting, negotiating and onboarding.
• Take on the role of key account manager for a portfolio of merchants; track sales performance and derive insights.
• Assist in monthly business reporting activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns and resolve operational issues.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to platform improvements and customer experience.
