Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a motivated professional for a 1-year contract role in Changi. You will support merchant acquisition for the e-commerce platform, manage a portfolio of merchant accounts and analyze sales performance to drive growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns, reporting and platform enhancements, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering exceptional merchant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, account management or related areas.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with sales data and performance analysis.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition for the e-commerce platform, including prospecting, negotiation and onboarding.
• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts and build strong merchant relationships.
• Track and analyse sales performance, identify insights and conduct regular business reviews to drive growth.
• Support monthly business reporting and performance tracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams on campaigns, operational issues and customer enquiries.
• Support platform improvements, customer experience and operational efficiency projects.
