Job summary

NETS is seeking Merchant Engagement Educators to act as frontline ambassadors for our payment solutions in Singapore. You will build strong relationships with merchants, help maximize NETS services, and reach out to non-NETS businesses to showcase the benefits of joining our network.

You will educate merchants on NETS offerings, assist with onboarding, and support their adoption, while fostering trust and long-term collaboration to drive merchant success and ongoing feedback for product

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication with merchants
• Experience in sales, customer engagement, or account management preferred
• Passion for supporting businesses through technology and payments

Responsibilities

• Engage existing merchants and strengthen partnerships by understanding merchant needs
• Identify and connect with non-NETS merchants and showcase NETS solutions
• Explain NETS offerings, assist with onboarding and merchant enablement
• Foster trust and long-term collaboration to position NETS as a partner in merchant success
• Capture merchant insights to help NETS tailor solutions
• Uphold NETS values of customer-centricity in every interaction
