Job summary

NETS is seeking a proactive Training and Merchant Support Specialist to onboard and train merchants on NETS payment solutions in Singapore. You will ensure POS collateral deployment and drive merchant activation and adoption of NETS services.

You will partner with internal teams to deliver onboarding programs, address merchant inquiries, and support smooth deployment and usage of NETS payment products. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma, GCE 'A' Level or GCE 'O' Level with relevant working experience.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant customer service, merchant support, training, or account servicing experience.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and training for newly acquired merchants on the usage of NETS payment solutions.
• Ensure merchant setup and Point-of-Sale (POS) collateral deployment are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing support to merchants to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of NETS payment products and services.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to execute merchant engagement initiatives aimed at improving activation, utilization, and retention.
• Address merchant inquiries and resolve operational issues related to payment acceptance and usage.
• Monitor merchant onboarding and engagement activities to ensure a positive merchant experience.
