Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organization and time management abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with developing project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
• Track project progress and update task lists
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure milestones are met
• Conduct research and provide insights to improve workflows
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
• Help maintain documentation, including project charters, risk logs, and budget trackers
