Job summary

Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Category Manager for its ecommerce and omni-channel retail team.

You will expand the category, work with marketing and operations to grow merchant partnerships, and drive profitable growth. Key duties include merchant acquisition, onboarding, account management, performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration to deliver new business ideas and product range expansion.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Merchandising, eCommerce and/or marketplace experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong industry networks in the relevant sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant acquisition, prospecting, negotiating and development of promotions.
• Own merchant onboarding up to point of contracting and renewals.
• In charge of sales targets and primary contact for merchants.
• Analyze merchant performance and support monthly business reporting.
• Work cross-function with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
