Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a talented professional to join the Airline Development team in Singapore. You will grow Changi's aviation business by engaging airlines, proposing new services, and strengthening passenger traffic and connectivity as the region's air hub.

You will analyse markets, prepare business cases, and collaborate with internal divisions and external stakeholders to roll out joint campaigns and initiatives that attract carriers and travellers through Changi.

Qualifications

Good Degree in any discipline.
Prior working experience with airlines or within the aviation sector, as well as in quantitative analysis, would be preferred.
Self-motivated, resourceful, analytical, meticulous and a strong team player.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Chinese language would be advantageous, as the incumbent may have opportunities to support functions that engage Chinese-speaking stakeholders in the future.
Some overseas travelling may be required.

Responsibilities

Engage and collaborate with an assigned portfolio of airlines to grow the Changi air hub.
Identify and attract new airlines and promote traffic and connectivity growth at Changi.
Perform traffic analysis, prepare and present business cases, and monitor market trends.
Work with airlines to roll out joint campaigns and influence travel through Changi Airport.
Partner with internal divisions and external stakeholders to drive development and ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
