Job summary

Urban Company Singapore seeks a Category Management Associate to drive growth with strategic initiatives and on-ground execution. You will gain 360° exposure to the business, own category priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders locally and internationally.

You will oversee sourcing and onboarding of service professionals, build training programs to raise quality, spot new market opportunities, and design service experiences that keep customers coming back.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong bias for action and hustle.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
