Job summary

EPOS is seeking a Deployment Trainer to support onboarding of EPOS solutions across Singapore. This field-based role requires daily travel to merchant locations to conduct product deployment, training, and system setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer training, onboarding, deployment, or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication/presentation skills are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to travel daily to merchant locations across Singapore.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deployment schedules.

Responsibilities

• On-site deployment and setup of EPOS products at merchant locations.
• Travel daily across Singapore to provide product training and onboarding support.
• Train merchants and staff on system functionalities and workflows.
• Guide configuration, account setup, and readiness checks.
• Provide demonstrations and answer product questions during deployment sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support for a seamless onboarding.
• Maintain deployment records, training completion reports, and feedback documentation.
