Job summary

KIM HUA CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced M&E Coordination professional in Singapore to oversee mechanical, electrical, and building services coordination on active projects.

You will review drawings, liaise with consultants and suppliers, monitor on-site progress, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance are met. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit MEP is a plus, with strong communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in M&E engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of M&E coordination experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and M&E schematics.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD or Revit MEP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
