Job summary

The Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) is seeking an Executive to support planning and delivery of youth mentoring programmes by managing IT-enabled solutions, tracking performance, and preparing management reports.

This role will assist the Division Manager with administrative coordination, timely submissions, stakeholder engagement, and participant development, using data insights to strengthen programme operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Psychology or Sociology with 1–2 years in programme coordination, operations or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data visualisation tools like Power BI/Tableau are a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and clear communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring and Participant Engagement: manage mentoring programme, match mentors with mentees and monitor progress.
• Coordinate mentoring sessions and activities for the Mentor Me initiative.
• Build relationships with corporate partners and volunteers; monitor records and collect feedback.
• Provide administrative and operational support for mentoring programmes.
• Programme Administration and Digital Operations: lead digital initiatives and manage IT-enabled solutions.
• Develop programme KPIs, maintain dashboards, and prepare consolidated reports for Management.
• Ensure data accuracy, insights, and timely reporting; work with teams to improve systems and processes.
