Job summary

SINDA invites applications for an Executive to support youth mentoring programmes in Singapore. You will manage IT-enabled solutions, track performance, prepare management reports, and assist the Division Manager with administrative coordination and stakeholder engagement.

You will work to strengthen programme operations through data insights, develop KPIs and dashboards, and ensure timely submissions while supporting outreach and events in the community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in psychology or sociology with 1–2 years’ experience in programme coordination or administration.
• Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office; data visualization skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring and participant engagement: manage the mentoring programme, match mentors with mentees, monitor participation and progress.
• Coordinate mentoring sessions and activities for the Mentor Me initiative.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and volunteer mentors.
• Monitor participant development and maintain mentoring records.
• Collect feedback and use insights to improve programme effectiveness.
• Provide administrative and operational support for mentoring programmes.
• Lead digital programme initiatives and optimise IT-enabled solutions for youth programmes.
• Develop programme KPIs and dashboards; prepare consolidated management reports.
