Job summary

2A Entertainment PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated Member Relations professional to manage a portfolio of members, understand their preferences, and deliver memorable club experiences in Singapore.

You will act as the main contact for inquiries and feedback, connect members with events, dining, wine and experiences, and help maintain accurate CRM records.

This role focuses on proactive engagement, retention risk monitoring, and referrals to grow the member network.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of members.
• Build a strong understanding of member preferences, interests, expectations and club usage.
• Maintain regular, meaningful and professional engagement with members.
• Act as a key point of contact for member enquiries, requests and feedback.
• Proactively connect members with relevant Club events, dining, wine and other experiences.
• Identify disengagement or retention risks and take appropriate proactive action.
• Support member referrals and appropriate introductions to prospective members.
• Maintain accurate CRM/member profiles, interaction notes and follow-up actions.
• Provide regular updates on engagement, feedback, retention risks and relationship opportunities.
