PERSOL Singapore invites a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our frontline team. You will be the first point of contact for Members of the Public, handle inquiries, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Ubi area, offering a stable 6-month commitment and opportunities to develop client-facing skills. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or call centre experience and an O-Level / Higher NITEC or

Formación

At least 1 year of customer service or call-centre experience.
O-Level / Higher NITEC qualification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.
Build strong understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.
Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.
Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.
Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.
Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.
