Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service professional for a 6-month contract at our Ubi office in Singapore. The role requires handling inquiries, documenting interactions, and delivering solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You should have at least 1 year of customer service or call-centre experience and hold an O-Level / Higher NITEC qualification or equivalent. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.
• Build understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.
• Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.
• Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.
• Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.
