The role involves delivering data-driven product presentations, collaborating with Marketing and Medical Affairs, and staying current with clinical data and treatment guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Dermatology and/or Ophthalmology experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including specialists and primary care physicians.
• Conduct engaging and scientifically sound product presentations, tailoring communication to the needs of different healthcare professionals and therapeutic areas.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and support effective sales strategies.
• Provide high-quality product information, service, and ongoing support to healthcare professionals to strengthen product confidence, adoption, and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Medical Affairs teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns, product strategies, and educational initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate market intelligence to support business development and identify opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and growth within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data, scientific developments, treatment guidelines, and relevant research to ensure strong product and therapeutic‑area expertise.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in Dermatology and/or Ophthalmology is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
