Job summary

Prestige Media Management Pte. Ltd. seeks a results-driven sales professional to promote medical products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and identify customer needs to propose suitable solutions. You will also plan regular customer visits, prepare forecasts and market intelligence reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project updates.

Promote and sell medical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Plan and organize regular customer visits and follow-up activities.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.

Participate in product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.

Collect and analyze client feedback to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project updates

Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, budget status, and outcomes for senior management review

Develop partnerships with industry bodies, suppliers, and companies to expand the company’s network and market reach

Negotiate co-marketing agreements and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with industry stakeholders

Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure they have the skills and resources to execute strategies effectively

Provide operational support to the Commercial and Billing departments as needed

Assist the General Manager with ad-hoc duties and deliverables as required

Execute additional tasks assigned by Senior Management or General Managers

Requirement
