Recruit123 is currently partnering with an established organization to hire a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in an upcoming new product launch while managing and expanding a specialized product portfolio.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will focus on establishing new accounts, educating healthcare professionals, and ensuring each product portfolio receives strategic attention. Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include visiting hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to introduce brands and drive new listings. You will execute tailored sales and marketing strategies aligned with principal guidelines, analyze your territory to increase presence, and build strong relationships with specialists, GPs, and pharmacists. Additionally, you will handle data-driven product detailing, manage your daily schedule to balance multiple brands, support marketing events like seminars, and gather market intelligence on competitor activities to track performance against targets.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales. You should be highly adaptable, comfortable learning different clinical data sets, and able to switch messaging smoothly throughout the day. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, including the ability to handle objections from healthcare professionals using patience and data.
