RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to support sales and market development across specialist therapeutic areas. The role welcomes science or life sciences graduates and those with pharma or medical device experience, with a base salary of S$3,000–S$4,000 plus transport allowance and quarterly bonuses.

• Drive sales activities and work towards assigned sales targets across designated therapeutic areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including specialists and primary care physicians.
• Conduct product detailing, presentations and educational discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate relevant clinical information confidently and accurately.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
• Gather market intelligence to support sales planning and business development initiatives.

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

A growing pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Sales Specialist to support sales and market development across specialist therapeutic areas. This role is suitable for science or life sciences graduates looking to build a career in pharmaceutical sales, as well as candidates with prior pharma or medical device commercial experience.

Work Location: Central

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 basic + approximately S$1,300 transport allowance + quarterly allowance

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities and work towards assigned sales targets across designated therapeutic areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including specialists and primary care physicians.
• Conduct product detailing, presentations and educational discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate relevant clinical information confidently and accurately.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
• Gather market intelligence to support sales planning and business development initiatives.
• Provide responsive support to healthcare professionals and build long-term product confidence and engagement.
• Work closely with Marketing and Medical Affairs teams to support promotional campaigns and educational initiatives.
• Identify potential growth opportunities across assigned accounts and territories.
• Maintain regular customer engagement and effective territory coverage.
• Keep up to date with relevant clinical studies, product information and developments within assigned therapeutic areas.
• Support other commercial or business-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Experienced reps within Dermatology and/or Ophthalmology areas will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging healthcare professionals in face-to-face discussions.
• Good relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong interest in sales and business development.
• Strong analytical, organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
