Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore CBD seeks an experienced Product Specialist to drive sales and grow the business across assigned pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver product education and presentations, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and market growth. The role requires independence and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets across designated therapeutic areas.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals including specialists and primary care providers.
• Conduct product presentations, product education and scientific discussions tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Provide professional product information and support to healthcare professionals to strengthen product awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to execute promotional, educational and commercial initiatives.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth and potential partnerships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant clinical data, research and product information.
• Manage territory/account activities effectively, including planning customer visits and maintaining accurate records.
• Support other commercial and business development initiatives as required.
