• Schedule patients for outpatient appointments and surgeries accurately.
• Manage and resolve patient complaints and enquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve patient-related issues efficiently.
• Provide patients with accurate information about products and services.
• Document all call information following standard operating procedures.
• Follow up on patient calls and emails to ensure issues are addressed.
