• Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, brand collaborations and community activities.
• Assist with media, influencer and brand partnership coordination, including content collaborations and publicity activities.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, printers and external partners to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, digital assets and documentation.
• Track campaign and social performance and assist with market research, competitor monitoring and reporting.

Far East Flora Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and organised Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives across retail stores and digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in campaigns, events, social media content and brand-building activities within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal activities across retail stores and digital channels.


• Assist with social media content, including content creation, design creation, copywriting and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.


• Support and coordinate marketing collaterals and in-store communications, including posters, banners, signage and POS materials.


• Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, brand collaborations and community activities.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.


• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Familiar with social media platforms and digital content creation.


• Creative with a good eye for content, branding and presentation.


• Organised, proactive and strong in follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.


• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced retail marketing environment.


• Good team player and able to coordinate effectively with different internal and external parties.


• Willing to support occasional weekend events/campaign activities when required.
