Job summary

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 2 years of experience in Project Management in Healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities:

• In charge of overseeing and managing Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning, execution to final completion to ensure a safe and conducive Environment of Care that is provided for at all times in the healthcare environment
• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects
• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities
• Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by the outsourced service partners
• To implement various programs for the operations, maintenance and improvement of the building facilities, equipment and infrastructure
• Develop work plan to improve reliability and integrity of the system
• Working with various internal and external stakeholders
• Update Management on Integrated Operations and improvement e.g Kaizen
• Analysis and development on maintenance contracts
• Perform shift coverage when required
• Develop plans at all levels, write report / papers and provide project updates
• Take on project manager role in various integrated operations areas

Requirements

• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 years of experience in Project Management in Healthcare Industry
• Experience in Healthcare/Hospitals
