Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Engineering graduate to lead facilities and healthcare infrastructure projects from planning through execution.

You will oversee facilities management, engineering and operations, supervise maintenance contractors, and drive reliability improvements while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in healthcare.
• Experience in Healthcare/Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning to completion.
• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects.
• Supervise preventive maintenance work carried out by outsourced service partners.
• Develop plans to improve reliability and integrity of the system.
• Take on project manager roles in integrated operations areas.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders and provide updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning to final completion to ensure a safe and conducive environment of care in a healthcare setting.
• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects.
• Maintain existing structures and provide project management for current and new facilities.
• Supervise preventive maintenance work carried out by outsourced service partners.
• Implement programs for operations, maintenance and improvement of building facilities, equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop work plans to improve reliability and integrity of the system.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Update Management on Integrated Operations and improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen).
• Analyze and develop maintenance contracts.
• Perform shift coverage when required.
• Develop plans at all levels, write reports/papers and provide project updates.
• Take on project manager roles in various integrated operations areas.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 2 years of experience in Project Management in Healthcare Industry.
• Experience in Healthcare/Hospitals.
