Job summary

Worq AI in Singapore seeks a Lead to oversee and manage Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning through completion, ensuring a safe and conducive Environment of Care for patients, visitors and staff.

Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of project management experience; strong verbal and written communication; experience in high-technology manufacturing or healthcare is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience in a high-technology manufacturing or healthcare environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects.
• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities.
• Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by outsourced service partners.
• Implement programs for operations, maintenance and improvement of building facilities, equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop work plans to improve reliability and integrity of the system.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Update management on Integrated Operations and Kaizen improvements.
• Analyze and develop maintenance contracts.
• Perform shift coverage when required.
• Develop plans at all levels, write reports/papers and provide project updates.
• Take on the project manager role in various integrated operations areas.
• Support the department in audits, inspections and accreditation.

The Incumbent Shall Be Responsible To
