Job summary

DIGO CORPORATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Head of M&E to lead, supervise and manage the M&E team, overseeing maintenance, engineering works, and project execution.

The role requires at least 10 years in M&E, a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ACMV, and strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management. Applicants with BCA Academy qualifications such as Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination and related Green Building diplomas will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV, or related M&E fields.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure in a complex environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong experience in building services or facilities management will be an advantage.
• Relevant BCA Academy qualifications will be a strong advantage, such as Specialist Diploma / Advanced Certificate in M&E Coordination, Supervision & Coordination in M&E Works, Green Building Operations & Maintenance, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology).

Job Description

• Lead, supervise, and manage the M&E team in carrying out maintenance and engineering works.
• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and project execution activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site works to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies.
• Ensure all operations comply with client requirements, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate performances of vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient system operations and problem resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of project and maintenance activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
