Job summary

CCA & Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an M&E Building Services Engineer to plan, design, and manage building services for diverse projects including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

You will coordinate installation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BMS and safety systems, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and supervise site works to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in M&E building services projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and manage M&E building services for commercial, residential and industrial projects, including alterations and upgrading works.
• Coordinate and supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, gas, BMS, fire protection, electrical and lighting systems.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors to coordinate progress and site activities.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare tender drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
• Manage daily project activities to ensure timely completion and delivery.
