Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers on large-scale office projects in Singapore.

You will oversee coordination with consultants and sub-contractors, manage M&E drawings, and ensure works align with installation programmes and technical drawings. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive on-site progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as M&E Manager in large-scale projects.
• Office building experience is an advantage; CCSM/SEM coordination experience preferred.
• Ensure M&E works follow installation programmes and drawings.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems
• Supervise the progress of works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects, Office Building experience is an advantage. Experience in supervision of M&E building services works and in Coordinated Combined Services Models (CCSM) / Structural Electrical Mechanical Drawings (SEM) coordination for projects of similar scale and complexity.
• The Project Coordinator (M&E) shall ensure M&E related works including the Interfacing Contractors, architectural works and architectural interior design works carried out as per Coordinated Installation Programme, Coordinated Combined Services Models, Reflected Ceiling Plans and Structural Electrical Mechanical Drawings.
