Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking experienced trainers to deliver MCST operations and BMSMA-focused programs. Sessions can be Face-to-Face or Virtual Live Class to upskill Property Managers and Council Members.

You will cover daily operations, legislative requirements, AGMs and Council Meetings; financial management for MCSTs including budgets and sinking funds, with case studies tailored to Singapore. Strong facilitation and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or Diploma in Building, Real Estate Management or allied field.
• Certification in Learning & Development (ACLP/ACTA or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years in Property Management with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing MCST properties.
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of BMSMA and MCST procedures (Agendas, Minutes, Council management).
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication to translate legislation into engaging lessons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on MCST operations and BMSMA requirements.
• Lead instructor-led sessions (Face-to-Face or Virtual Live Class) for Property Managers and Council Members.
• Guide learners in financial management for MCSTs, including budgets, sinking funds and reporting.
• Incorporate practical case studies within the Singapore context.
• Evaluate learner performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
