MCST Training Lead: BMSMA & Council Management

Job summary

Yellow Ribbon is seeking experienced training professionals to deliver programs focused on MCST operations and the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act in Singapore. Trainers will lead instructor-led sessions (Face-to-Face or Virtual Live Class) to upskill Property Managers and Council Members.

You will cover daily operations, budgets, sinking funds, AGM and Council meetings, and translate complex legislation into engaging lessons with practical case studies in the Singapore context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of property management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing MCST properties.
• Degree or Diploma in Building, Real Estate Management, or related discipline.
• Certified in Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA or equivalent pedagogical certification.
• Deep knowledge of BMSMA and MCST administration (Agendas, Minutes, Council management).
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills to translate legislation into engaging lessons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on MCST operations and BMSMA to property managers and council members.
• Facilitate face-to-face or virtual sessions to upskill learners.
• Develop and assess learning activities and provide feedback.
• Contextualize content to Singapore legislation and local practices.
