You will craft curriculum bridging theory and practical application for property management. Responsibilities include creating outlines, lesson plans, learner guides, and assessment tools while ensuring alignment with Singapore regulations such as BMSMA, SCDF fire safety, and MOM safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building, Real Estate Management or related discipline.
• Proven experience in curriculum development using DACE or ACLP frameworks.
• Expert knowledge of MCST work and managing strata-titled properties.
• Ability to analyze trends such as Green Building Initiatives, Predictive Maintenance, AI for Smart Security, and AI-powered Sustainability Reporting.
• Detail-oriented with excellence in instructional design and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop course outlines, lesson plans, and learner guides for MCST-related programs.
• Create training materials covering property growth strategies, sustainability, and capital improvement planning.
• Ensure content aligns with regulatory landscape (Singapore) and meets standards like BMSMA, SCDF, MOM.
• Design robust assessments (case studies, role-plays, tests) to measure learner proficiency.
• Collaborate with industry bodies to ensure courseware meets standards and qualifies for government funding (e.g., SkillsFuture).
