Verifsuite is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead the MCST and Condominium segment in Singapore. You’ll be the face of Verifsuite to condo councils, managing agents, and property managers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales or business development experience dealing directly with MCSTs, Condominium Councils, Property Managing Agents, or PropTech/Facility Management in Singapore.
• Clear understanding of MCST decision-making processes, council procurement workflows, and current challenges facing residential estates in Singapore.
• Ability to confidently articulate benefits of cloud-based access systems, A.I. video analytics, and smart estate management to both technical and non-technical council members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to address council boards and navigate group decision-making.
• Proactive mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing field schedules independently.

Responsibilities

• Target MCST Accounts: Prospect, pitch, and sell Verifsuite’s security solutions to condo councils and managing agents across Singapore.
• Manage Council Presentations: Conduct tailored product presentations and live demonstrations for MAs and MCST Members—often at evening meetings or AGMs.
• Consultative Cost-Benefit Selling: Help MCSTs evaluate security overheads and demonstrate ROI by integrating tech-driven security.
• Relationship Management: Build trust-based networks with Property Managers, MA Directors, and Council Chairs.
• Pipeline & Deal Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission and handover to deployment teams.
