ENFORT SECURITY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to grow our client footprint.

You will lead B2B sales for security manpower and our AI-powered remote command centre, targeting commercial properties and MCSTs across Singapore. Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License with own transport.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Familiarity with MCSTs, Managing Agents, industrial estates, or commercial building managers in Singapore is a plus.
• Tech literacy: comfortable explaining CCTV streams, AI analytics, and remote monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source, prospect, and engage new business opportunities across MCSTs, MA, commercial/industrial property owners, and B2B security agencies.
• Conduct site walk-throughs to assess security requirements and pitch hybrid security packages (On-site Officers + 24/7 Remote Monitoring).
• Prepare accurate commercial proposals, quotations, and contract agreements; assist with tender submissions (GeBIZ and private tenders).
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and handover.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders like MCSTs and Building Managers.
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline, provide timely sales forecasts, and hit monthly recurring revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to ensure smooth service transition for new clients.
