Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Singapore is seeking a results-driven System Integrator Sales Manager to expand our presence in the commercial security and digital access solutions market. You will build and manage relationships with System Integrators, access control partners, and smart building ecosystem players to drive specification and project wins.

Based in Singapore, you will lead initiatives across healthcare, data centres, commercial buildings, education, hospitality and critical infrastructure, leveraging

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in security, access control, building automation, ELV, or smart building solutions.
• Proven track record in project sales and channel management.
• Strong network within the Singapore security integration ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business with System Integrators, security installers, and access control partners.
• Drive specification and project opportunities from design stage through to award.
• Promote ASSA ABLOY's portfolio of access control, electromechanical locking, wireless locking, and digital access solutions.
• Build relationships with consultants, architects, project owners, and channel partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare, data centres, commercial buildings, education, hospitality, and critical infrastructure.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
• Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and partner training sessions.
