Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Materials and Logistics Coordinator to support maintenance, service, and warranty activities with strong inventory control and shipping documentation know-how. The role requires coordinating with overseas suppliers, freight partners, and customer site teams to ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and timely delivery of materials and tools, maintaining organized records and ERP/WMS compliance.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in material control, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or maintenance support, preferably in industrial, power generation, or engineering environments.
Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs clearance processes, and inventory management systems is advantageous.
Training and certification in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems software; Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate material control and logistics for maintenance, service, and warranty works.
Liaise with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders to obtain and verify shipping documentation.
Oversee material receipt, inspection, storage, and handling at customer sites.
Develop and maintain inventory management systems for serialized components and tools.
Ensure site administrative arrangements and facilities are available for operations.
