Job summary

B & H WORLDWIDE (SG) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Administrator to maintain accurate inventory, handle goods in/out documents, and coordinate between warehouse, suppliers and transport partners.

You will generate pick lists, reconcile stock movements in the WMS, respond to customer enquiries, and produce regular inventory and operations reports while upholding ISO and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data input in a warehouse/inventory environment.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; familiar with WMS.
• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS.
• Process Goods In / Goods Out documentation.
• Verify deliveries against ASN and delivery notes.
• Generate pick lists, shipment paperwork, and labels.
• Respond to customer enquiries and update on stock movements.
• Prepare inventory and operations reports.
