Job summary

Talent First PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Warehouse Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records, reconcile counts and prepare inventory reports.

You will update ERP/WMS systems and coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance and Customer Service teams to support daily operations at Senoko Drive, Singapore. The role requires attention to detail, ability to perform ad-hoc duties, and participation in audits and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements.
• Perform stock reconciliation and assist with stock counts.
• Check stock discrepancies, shortages, damages and excesses.
• Handle warehouse documentation, invoices and data entry.
• Update ERP/WMS systems and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance and Customer Service teams.
• Support audits and inventory process improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
