Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting a Purchasing Planning Executive/Material Planner for a European MNC. You will manage inventory, forecast demand, and ensure timely procurement and delivery while updating SAP records.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on inbound shipments, process POs, verify invoices, and maintain accurate material master data in SAP to support operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate in supply chain, purchasing, materials or logistics management.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: plan and update system parameters to meet inventory objectives.
• Order management: facilitate purchase orders and update SAP records.
• Ensure timely shipments and delivery on promised dates.
• Coordinate inbound shipments with stakeholders and maintain SAP data.
• Cross-trade shipment coordination and compliance for import rebates.
• Process vendor-related claims and verify invoices to avoid mismatches.
• Maintain SAP Material Master data (HS codes, delivery times, etc.).
• Ensure operations meet quality and company policies.
