Job summary

The candidate should have a Diploma in Manufacturing or Supply Chain and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with excellent Excel and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Detail-oriented, confident and meticulous, able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute MRP runs in SAP and advise Purchasing on timely procurement of materials.
• Plan, schedule and monitor movement of materials through the production cycle.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure on-time availability of materials.
• Monitor and collaborate with Production and Store for smooth material flow.
• Update material arrival dates in daily sales/production order listings.
• Review daily inputs to align material availability with production schedules.
• Work with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure timely ordering, receipt and delivery.
• Identify, analyze and resolve shortages, capacity constraints and order issues via SAP and cross-department coordination.
