HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Purchasing Planning Executive for a European MNC in automation and electrical product manufacturing and distribution in Singapore.

The role emphasizes inventory planning, order management, and SAP updates, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will coordinate with stakeholders for inbound shipments, maintain SAP data accuracy, and ensure timely deliveries while liaising with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management.
• Over 1 year experience in supply chain operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (including advanced features).
• Experience managing 3PL partners.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management - Plan and update system parameters based on monthly consumption and optimize stock levels.
• Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure SAP updates.
• Follows up on orders to ensure on-time shipping and delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on inbound shipments, update SAP accurately, and file shipping documents.

Purchasing Planning Executive

• Join a European MNC in automation and electrical product manufacturing and distribution
• Good company benefits, 2 days of WFH (Hybrid)
• Free transport pick up and drop off over Singapore

Roles

• Inventory Management - Plan and update the appropriate system parameters promptly according to monthly consumption, optimize stock level to meet inventory objectives.
• Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure the information update in SAP.
• Follows up on orders ensuring that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
• Coordinates on all aspects with stakeholders on inbound shipment, update in SAP promptly and accurately, filing shipping documents for goods receiving activities, verifications of invoices to avoid mis-match
• Cross trade shipment management - Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholder for direct drop shipment from factory to customer, with application and compliance of Free Trade Agreement for customer import duty rebates
• Claim Management - Process claims where defects are related to the Vendor
• Material Master Management - To maintain and ensure Material Master in SAP up to date (Standard length, HS code, plan delivery time...)
• Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while complying with the company policies

Requirement

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management
• More than 1 years’ experience in supply chain operations
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel or Excel Advance applications
• Experience managing 3PL partners
